Treatment Contraindication
All our treatments are not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Except for the Pregnancy Glow Facial which is suitable for pregnant women and they are at leat 12 weeks pregnant.
Deposit Policy
We require £50 refundable/redeemable booking deposit for any of consultations or treatments. On the day of the consultation/treatment if we proceed with any treatment the deposit will be redeemable towards the treatment. However, if you decide not to proceed with any treatment the £50 will be considered consultation fee and we won't refund it. Not showing up to your appointment will result in you losing your deposit. Also, this could lead to not being able to book anymore treatments with us in the future.
Cancellation Policy
We hold a strict 48-hour cancellation policy at Segreto Clinic. If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours before you appointment either via telephone on +44 7498 308430 (if we are closed or unable to answer please leave us a voice message) or via info@segretoclinic.com and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry. Failing to comply with the cancellation policy and will result in you losing your deposit.
